Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were flooded with water running down the wall, but despite this issue, they were very comfortable, attractive, and clean. The service did their best despite the facility's problems, although it took forever to get on the elevator. The location was about the only positive thing, being close to everything I needed to access, but it was a bit far from the center. The dining was poor and repetitive, although there was one good surprise with the handmade pasta. Overall, the facilities were average, not exceptional, and had a few drawbacks. Value for money was questionable due to the issues faced during my stay.
This hotel was a mixed bag for us. Although the service was exceptional and truly saved the booking, the rooms were a letdown due to issues with cold water and water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient but showed signs of poor workmanship. The dining experience, although better than expected, had some drawbacks, and the facilities were just average.
I loved the fact that my room was conveniently located right next to the pool, making it easy to take a dip whenever I wanted. The room itself was not only comfortable but also very attractive and clean; however, it was a bit lacking when it came to noise insulation. The service, despite some issues the facility was facing, tried its best and was provided by a mix of confused but good-hearted staff members. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was contrasted by a bit of coldness from the daytime lady, indicating some training needs. The location was good for shopping and getting around but felt a bit distant from the center due to ongoing renovations. The dining experience had its downsides, offering only one breakfast choice that needed to be paid for; this felt quite different from my experiences at other Wyndham properties. The facilities were decent, with dry cleaning services available.
The hotel room was large and clean, but it took 2 hours for the room to be ready after my arrival. The service was quick to handle any issues, but there was a slight overlook during a conversation. The location was good, close to major shopping areas. The dining experience was not as expected and had an additional cost, not as advertised. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located in Okla City, close to various dining options despite being over a busy Expressway. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, although they appear old. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite needing more training. The overall value for money is good but lacks complimentary breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms through third parties like Booking were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. However, the extremely noisy heater with a pull-out sofa was a bit of a downside. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, though an unfortunate incident with personal questions affected the experience. The location was ideal for summer activities and finding great places to eat, close to everything I needed to go to. The dining experience of my two days there was fabulous, enhancing my overall impression.
The hotel rooms were very big and clean, offering a pleasant stay despite some rooms being in poor condition due to bookings through third parties. The service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff, although some daytime service seemed cold. The location was not ideal being far from the center and lacking a door in the bathroom area, but it was in a great area. The dining experience was subpar with repetitive options throughout the day, but the hotel had fresh seafood. The facilities were in the middle of being remodeled with some evident poor workmanship.
The hotel's rooms were modern and nicely decorated but had issues like a falling shower curtain rod, slow shower drain, and broken shower controls. It was uncomfortably hot due to its proximity to the elevator mechanical area. The location, despite ongoing renovations, had some positives like being near Classen Curve with its restaurants, but it was far from the city center. The dining experience, though decent, was pricey and lacked variety. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really clean, and I enjoyed staying there. However, they were not as accommodating as I had hoped. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near various dining options, making it easy to find places to eat. I did have an unpleasant experience being near a group of cheerleaders during my stay, which was worse than being in the inside rooms.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well-priced, although I had a minor issue with a leak in the ceiling. Being close to a group of cheerleaders was a bit noisy, but it didn't ruin my experience. The location was great despite ongoing renovations, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations.
